Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager, and within the limits of established Wyndham and Royal Capital Corporate/Sales/Marketing policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Sales and Marketing operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, advertising and public relations. To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading all sales activities for the hotel, achieving revenue and profit targets, and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the company.
Work Experience
•Bachelor degree required
•3-5 years experience in a similar role within F&B management in luxury hotels with strong attention to details
•Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, excellent team motivator, sales strategy focus
•Excellent English is required
