Marcom Manager (Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort)

  • Set up MKT budget and follow-up the implementation of all MKT activities by monthly/quarterly/yearly
  • Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing activity for the Hotel in line with the agreed Marketing Strategy
  • Responsible for the management and growth of the Hotel data and the targeted use of the database
  • To manage and co-ordinate the Hotel Communications Plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all activity fits into the approved plan to avoid duplication or over communication to the database
  • Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting
  • Responsible for planning and organization and contribution to the creative briefing process of all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business
  • Working closely with the graphic design team to deliver innovative and creative on-line campaigns
  • Manage critical paths and timelines to ensure timely submission of all advertisements, new marketing promotional materials (excluding regular brochures and factsheets)
  • Develop, plan, manage and execute photo shoots and video production.
  • Develop and/or edit the various marketing communications materials, including but not restricted to advertisements, collaterals, direct mailers, third-party marketing materials produced within and/or out of the hotel
  • Manage and work closely with creative agencies and Graphic designer for development of new marketing communications and tactical/promotional materials
  • Management of design/third party agencies in relation to the hotel business 
  • Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key initiatives
  • Initiate and execute all marketing activities according to the annual marketing plan
  • Analyze actions (post-test, ROI calculation)
  • Set-up and manage PR actions locally

 Social Media Marketing

  •  Manages local external social media channels   – Twitter, Weibo, Instagram, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, etc
  • Monitor and participate in online conversations via posts to build brand visibility
  • Communicating in a professional and unique voice to improve Wyndham Shantira Resort Hoi An’s online presence and brand recognition
